Happy Tuesday, everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend! I’ve been feeling a little under the weather these past few days (perhaps from all the stress of running around showing properties!), but as always I’m back to kick the week off with a new post. I’ve just acquired a new land listing in Hedgesville, WV, and while I’m still working out the details and paperwork, I thought I’d share with you guys a little information on my latest property on the market.
It’s a land listing down Sabrina Lane in Sleepy Creek View, Hedgesville. As you can see it’s currently just a rough patch of land, but it’s got a lot of potential. Come spring those trees will grow again nicely for a nice forest scenery, not to mention it’s got beautiful mountain views. Building a house on this property will definitely bring you and your family closer to nature. Just think of the crisp, clean air you’ll get to breathe every time you step out!
Hedgesville is a small town in West Virginia (pop. 318 as of 2010!). Don’t let the small numbers fool you though. This town has a history dating back to the early 19th century, and technically speaking, Hedgesville is actually older than the entire state! Geographically, it also originally used to be a part of North Mountain. It also happens to have quite a rich history touching on Civil War and slavery. An interesting town to move into indeed!
If you’d like to know more or if you have any questions about Sabrina Lane, feel free to message me or visit my website for more contact information.
Why not considering buying a land property? It’s good investment!
Let’s all work hard and see this week through!
